В случае, если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» пожелает предоставить Олимпийские маркетинговые права компании-конкуренту, Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» обязан прежде получить консультацию Всемирного партнера и убедить его в том, что предоставление таких прав любой компании-конкуренту не будет непосредственно препятствовать Олимпийским маркетинговым правам, предоставленным партнеру, и не снизит их ценность. Более того, в случае, если Оргкомитет «Сочи-2014» предоставит Олимпийские маркетинговые права какой-либо компании-конкуренту с согласия МОК, это не будет означать предоставления компании-конкуренту Олимпийских маркетинговых прав на рекламу или продвижение корпоративного имиджа в целом.

Further, in the event any competitor company is granted Olympic marketing rights by Sochi 2014 with IOC consent, Sochi 2014 may not grant Olympic marketing rights to a competitor company for general corporate image advertising or promotions.
